Interior Solutions By K & K guarantees excellence in services for our projects. With the clients particular budget in mind, each project is tailored to meet the clients desired goals and expectations. After the client gives the go ahead, the client will sign a contract and deposit are mutually agreed upon prior to any work started. Select services are also available on a hourly basis only.

Space Planning - Contractual / Hourly Fee
Floor Plans will be executed according to clients needs. We will show the client how to place the furniture, and how to improve traffic flow.

Color / Paint / Faux Finish / Wall Paper Analysis - Hourly Fee
We can provide our expertise in analyzing the existing colors in your home and submitting ideas to improve the flow of colors and textures. NOTE: Sub - Traders can also be recommended if needed to execute work.

Custom
Window Treatment, Bedding, Headboards, And Reupholstering - Contractual 
We can design new custom window treatments, bedding, headboards and re-do your upholstery by selecting beautiful fabrics and trims. NOTE: We will select the workroom that is the best suited to the execution of the clients project.

Home Accessories - Contractual / Hourly Fee
We can shop with clients, or on client's behalf to accessorize a room / house with different suppliers, such as Trade, Retailers, and Antique Dealers.

Floor Finishes - Hourly Fee
We can select with client the best choice of carpets, wood flooring, tile, marble etc.
NOTE: We will help you select the best Sub -Traders to execute the work.

Room Recreation - Hourly Fee
We will help you de-clutter your room or rooms. We will re-arrange your furniture
and accessories to give it a fresh new look.

Home Staging - Contractual / Hourly Fee 
This is a "pre-sale" design call geared toward helping home owners or Real Estate agents with the sale of a house. A large part of selling a house is to neutralize some features, like de-clutter some rooms, re-arrange some accessories and furniture, and re-paint some of the rooms as needed. We might bring in "Other" furniture and "Other" Accessories to give the house that WOW LOOK! We will also give you easy - to - implement solutions and suggestions to increase your market value. NOTE: Sub - Traders can also be recommended if needed to execute work. 

Custom Floral Design By Mary Kohler - Contractual
Most designers are very creative people. Mary is no different. She is a great floral designer too.
If you are looking for fresh beautiful flowers for a special event, or you are needing a silk  arrangement for your home or office, Mary can put together what ever you want.

Holiday Decor - Contractual / Hourly Fee
When we do Holiday Decor, we need a two month notice.
Give us a theme and we will create something to remember!
 
Consultations - Hourly Fee
We can advise you on any interior design issue like:
> Remodeling Ideas
> Redecorating Ideas
> Advising you on a potential home, answering your questions regarding Remodeling,
interior design, furniture placement, etc.
> Analyzing your builder's or Architect's plans from and interior design point of view!


We also do Retail Merchandising!
